Wilk Strategy · tools

The drift board.

One simulated day in a roughly forty-agent operation, captured five times: the forecast the schedules were built against, the schedule as published, the schedule as the day began, the schedule as the day closed, and the copy that survives the late corrections. Inject drift between the captures and read what the comparisons say.

Every number here is simulated. It demonstrates the mechanics. It is not data from any operation.

Snapshot ladder for one simulated day

Drift events

Two agents trade the open for the close. Consent

One agent releases time at the close, another claims time at the open. Consent

Dropped onto the early afternoon, in no published plan. Pressure

Planned development time abandoned to cover a short interval. Pressure

Moves a lunch in the record to where it actually happened. Correction

The forecast

Sets the requirement curve in capture 1. The roster does not move with it.

Event size

Planned into capture 2, so its size also shapes the published schedule.
What the day actually did. No capture moved for it. The tidy edit is what moves.
